HOUSTON – Congratulations to the new owners of this $6.9 million penthouse in Houston.

The buyers of this six-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse will enjoy 9,500-square-foot of space. The identities of the owners have not been disclosed, as is usual during a sale. Whoever they are, they’ll have lots of space to spread out at the top of the building.

According to a news release from Nan and Company Properties and Christie’s International Real Estate about the sale, the penthouse is the second-highest priced Houston penthouse sold per the Houston Area Realtor’s Multiple Listing Service. The final selling price is not being released, per the company. The initial listing price was $6.9 million.

Of its many amenities and features, the luxe property has marble flooring, a four-screen video wall, floating shelves and custom lighting fixtures. In the living area, there are high ceilings and windows with custom automatic shades and oak hardwood floors.

The penthouse also includes a private 3D golf simulator room, a spacious private gym features a wall of full-length mirrors and a built-in TV monitor.

The penthouse also includes a sauna and steam room with built-in aromatherapy, cooling sprays, shower and speakers. The primary bedroom has a custom, see-through fireplace, a private outdoor balcony, and a coffee bar. The primary bathroom is likened to a spa in the listing and features a standing glass shower, massive bath tub, his and her Japanese Toto separate toilets, and a mirrored TV. The oversized, custom closet features marble countertops.
