Fenesta showroom to open in Silchar in April with System Aluminum, UPVC doors and windows
One of India’s largest doors and windows brands, a part of Rs 7,771 crore DCM Shriram Group – Fenesta is opening a showroom in Silchar. Fenesta today boasts of sales and service presence in more than 327 cities through twenty sales offices, four factories, nine Signature Studios, 178 Channel Partner showrooms
The showroom in Panchayat Road, Das Colony will open in April 2021, informed the management. “We are already open for tours and we have been accepting orders for some time,” informed the management.
In the showroom, one can touch and feel the product which the management believes will help customers make an informed decision. The store will open with System Aluminium and UPVC doors and windows. Later, more Fenesta products will be available at the store. Fenesta is known for its quality and is a preferred choice for builders across the country.
System aluminum, necessary in each and every building is imported from Europe. Fenesta claims to be the only company that makes its own profile specific to the Indian weather conditions. “The ones who install Fenesta once always recommend it to others,” said the spokesperson in Silchar.
Engineers visit the construction site, take all necessary measurements and then the order is placed. “Each product is custom-built for each customer. It is shipped by the factory and then after it reaches Silchar, engineers install them. Following which there is an after-installation audit. There is a 24/7 customer care facility available and all complaints are dealt in a priority basis,” informed the spokesperson in Silchar.
The doors and windows not only look good, but they have been engineered keeping safety in mind. There are 11 insulation points in the window to protect from dust, noise, and water-leakage during the rainy seasons. The windows also have multiple locking systems at a single point of mechanism. By default, keeping the safety measures in mind, Fenesta equips windows with toughened glass. However, customers can customise and pick a glass of their choice.
This showroom in Das Colony is the only official store selling Fenesta products in Silchar. While there are many others that claim to be Fenesta, in reality, they aren’t. “We urge the customers to look for the logo on the products,” asserted the spokesperson.
