Spider season is well and truly underway - with homes across Yorkshire under siege from our eight-legged friends.
Our readers have shared snaps of the biggest and scariest bugs they've spotted inside this year and for anyone who is wary of them , it's nightmare material.
Although most spiders in the UK are completely harmless, they evoke terror in plenty of people and because it's spider mating season they are massive and searching for a partner, meaning we see far more of them at this time of year.

Even if you aren't terrified of spiders, not everyone is happy having them inside weaving cobwebs - creating more work for whoever does the cleaning.
But you can deter them from entering your home with this hack - and it uses something you probably already have in your kitchen cupboards.
Huddersfield-based disinfectant company Zoflora say that spiders don't like strong scents, meaning using their cleaning products could discourage them from coming in through windows and doors.
Zoflora is known for their range of strong scents, making their disinfectant a hit with the house-proud all over the country - including Mrs Hinch.
On their website they say: "Spiders really don’t like strong scents such as citrus, peppermint, tea-tree, lavender, rose or cinnamon. Add 15 to 20 drops of your chosen essential oil or a couple of capfuls of Zoflora fragrance to a spray bottle filled with water, and spritz around the house.
"Pay special attention to areas where spiders are likely to come in such as windows and doors."
They also add that if you don't have any Zoflora to hand, using essential oils or vinegar could work just as well as a deterrent.
Another handy tip along the same lines is to rub a cut lemon around window and door frames as spiders cannot stand the scent.
