Amart Furniture moves $20m media account from Carat to Ikon

Amart has moved its $20.2m media account to WPP’s Ikon Communications from incumbent Carat Brisbane.

The shift in the account comes as the furniture retailer also moved its creative account from Next Thursday to WPP-owned Y&R Brisbane.

Amart has a new media and a new creative agency

Rodica Titeica, general manager of customer at Amart Furniture said it had enjoyed its partnership with Carat Brisbane, but the brand needed new thinking.

“Amart Furniture has been through an incredible period of positive change in the past four years,” Titeica said. “While we enjoyed a long partnership with Carat Brisbane, we needed new thinking to support our evolving strategy.”
