DAR chapter to hold Elam Estate Sale starting Thursday

The Thomasville Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) will hold the Elam Estate Sale on September 30-October 2, featuring items from the estate of Lois and Ed Elam.

DAR chapter to hold Elam Estate Sale starting Thursday

The estate sale includes furniture, jewelry, silver, décor, holiday items, China, glassware, paintings, collectible items, books and more. Proceeds from the Estate Sale benefit the Thomasville Chapter DAR and the Lois Elam Scholarship Fund.Lois Elam served as Regent of the Thomasville Chapter DAR from 2005-07.

The Estate Sale takes place at 1407 Gordon Avenue which is the former home of Lois and Ed Elam.

The hours of the sale are Thursday, Sept 30 and Friday, Oct. 1 from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 2 from 10 a.m. -4 p.m. The sale is cash only, all sales final. Patrons are asked to wear masks during the sale. It is requested that no children under age 16 attend the sale.
