Loungers, dining sets and more: Now’s the time to grab new outdoor furniture
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — It’s almost time to leave our cozy living room and head outdoors for relaxation and entertaining.

We started at Home Depot, where we found an assortment of cushioned wicker outdoor patio conversation seating sets for under $1,000.
The New Vultros five-piece wicker outdoor patio seating set, above, is available on the Home Depot website and includes a sofa, two chairs and two ottomans — all with fashion cushions, available in several colors.
We also found the Layton Pointe five-Piece Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Conversation Seating Set, below, with CushionGuard Chili Red Cushions. The set comprises two chairs, two ottomans and a glass-top side table. The chairs are customized with chair cushions, still available in a few colors.
Another nice option are steel-constructed sets with indoor-outdoor cushions, below. Home Depot has one, made by Laurel Canyon, with four pieces: A sofa, two side chairs and a cocktail table. The seating comes with light grey cushions. It’s available now in Navy blue or grey for $731.
Dining Sets
If you’re looking for the latest farmhouse style, Raymour and Flanigan is offering the farmhouse six-piece eucalyptus outdoor dining set, above, for $1,547.95. Crafted from plantation-grown eucalyptus with a rich brown stain, the set features brown sling seats and seat backs. Raymour and Flanigan offers a warranty option, as well.
Other dining options include the Newport five-piece round outdoor dining set, below, another choice if you have limited space. It includes cushions, for a simple, elegant and inviting look. It’s priced to sell right now at $1,979.95.
And if you need a few occasional chairs, or want to spruce up your set with new chairs, Raymour and Flanigan is all stocked up right now. You can revamp the appearance of your outdoor dining table with the Portals outdoor dining chairs, shown below.
The sleek silhouette features thin arms topped with solid teak accent pieces. They have a powder-coated aluminum frame, resisting weather. A two-piece set is now $699.99. Other nice choices include the Banyan armless wicker chair, the Southport outdoor swivel chair or the Amazonia four-piece chair set, shown below, for $669.
Lounge Chairs
Looking to lie down and relax in the sun, shade or poolside? We found a host of choices on Amazon.com, and most are available with free delivery within days. This could change as summer approaches and stock sells out.
One option that stands out is the RYNSTO Patio Chaise Lounge with five backrest angles, shown below. The adjustable lounger features a water-repellant cushion and wheels for easy poolside or backyard movement. It’s currently on sale for $249.99 with free delivery for Amazon Prime members.
Meanwhile, the GUNJI chaise lounge chairs, below, come in a three piece set with a small table. They are cushioned and fold for easy outdoor use, and the whole set is currently on sale for $239 in beige or turquoise.
How about submersible tanning loungers for the pool? Amazon.com offers an aluminum Purple LeafPatio Chaise Lounge Set of three for $309.99 in six colors. Shown below, the set includes two chairs and a side table, is stackable and water resistant for pool use or damp weather.
If you prefer your outdoor furnishings to be bright and white, Amazon.com has that covered, too. Offers include the outdoor aluminum adjustable chaise lounge by Domi for $355.98.
Another — more luxurious — option is the floating luxuries Kai Shelf Lounger. It’s designed to sit in just under an inch of water and the set includes two lounge chairs for $1,399.00.
